The relief sought in this Interim Application is to modify/relax the condition of attendance on every alternate Sunday between 10:00 am to 12:00 p.m. at the Khadakpada Police Station, Kalyan passed by a learned Single Judge by order dated 23rd August, 2023. 2.
It is the submission of learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner that in fact although the protection has been granted by a learned Single Judge by said order dated 23rd August, 2023 the Vaibhav Page No. 1
24-IA-1283-2025& 25-IA-1285-2025.doc Applicants have been arrested and therefore Anticipatory Bail Applications have rendered infructuous. In fact, accordingly, a learned Single Judge has passed the order on 16th January, 2025 recording that the Applications have rendered infructuous.

Both the learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant and learned APP state that in fact before passing of order dated 16th January, 2025 regular bail has been granted. In any case, the said condition was imposed by order dated 23rd August, 2023 and by further order dated 16th January, 2025 it has been recorded that the said Application have rendered infructuous and in the meanwhile, regular bail has been granted.
