By this application, the Applicant is seeking withdrawal of the amount deposited by the Applicant before this Court to show his bona fide.

Learned counsel for the Applicant submits that the crime registered against the Applicant has been quashed with consent of the first informant, hence Applicant be permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.5,57,125/- deposited before this Court. Hence, requested to allow the application.

Learned APP for the State submitted that appropriate order be passed.

I have heard both learned counsel.

The Applicant has deposited the amount of Rs.5,57,125/- before this Court. While hearing Anticipatory Bail Application, now the offence registered against the Applicant has been quashed and set aside. Considering these facts, and I pass following order:

ORDER

i. The Application is allowed.

ii. The Applicant is permitted to withdraw the amount deposited by him before this Court.

In view of the aforesaid terms and conditions, the application is allowed and disposed of.
