This application is filed for recalling the order dated 5th February 2024 by which the order granting bail to the applicant was recalled. The said order was passed as the applicant failed to comply with the undertaking given to this court. 3.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that as per the undertaking given to this court, the applicant had to deposit the amount of Rs. 6,35,000/- as per the schedule mentioned in paragraph no.5 of the undertaking. He submits that the applicant Page no. 1 of 2

518-ia-1296-2025-ba-1220-2019.doc could deposit only Rs.1,00,000/- and the balance Rs. 5,35,000/- could not be deposited. He submits that the amount is now ready and if the applicant is granted permission, he shall deposit the balance amount of Rs. 5,35,000/- as per the undertaking given to this court within one week from today. The applicant is therefore permitted to deposit the balance amount of Rs.5,35,000/- as per the undertaking given to this court within one week from today. 4.

The applicant is therefore permitted to deposit the balance amount of Rs. 5,35,000/- in this court, in compliance with the undertaking given to this court and recorded in order dated 2nd March 2021.

The Registry of this court shall accept the amount of Rs. 5,35,000/- from the applicant in compliance with the condition no.4 of the order dated 2nd March 2021.
