Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned APP for the State.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that this Court by order dated 18.03.2025 had granted bail to the applicant but applicant is unable to secure the surety amount hence requested to grant provisional cash bail. Learned counsel further submitted that the applicant shall provide surety as directed by this Court after releasing on bail. 3.
Learned APP strongly objected to release the applicant on cash bail as offences under the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956 & under Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 ( for short "POCSO Act") are registered against the applicant and requested to reject the application.

This Court has already granted bail to the applicant. The applicant is unable to secure the surety amount. He is ready to furnish it within four weeks after releasing from jail. In view of above, I pass following order:
ORDER
i.
The application is allowed.
ii.
The applicant be released on cash bail of Rs.30,000/- with P.R. bond.
iii.
The applicant shall furnish the surety of the said amount within four weeks after releasing from the jail. 5.
The Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms and is accordingly disposed of.
