Mr. Satyavrat Joshi, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant, on instructions, states that the Applicant will withdraw this Anticipatory Bail Application, as the antecedents have remained to be disclosed. He states that leave be granted to file a fresh Anticipatory Bail Application by disclosing all the criminal antecedents. Mr. Joshi, learned Counsel, states that, Intervenor i.e. First Informant will be impleaded as Respondent in the said Anticipatory Bail Application.

Mr. Joshi, learned Counsel, further states that, however, a learned Single Judge by order dated 25th September 2024 has granted interim protection and the same be continued for a period of one week.

Accordingly, the Anticipatory Bail Application No.2591 of 2024 is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh Anticipatory Bail Application. For a period of 7 days i.e. till 3rd October 2025 the protection granted by a learned Single Judge by Order dated 25th September 2024 in Anticipatory Bail Application No.2776 of 2024 shall remain in operation.

In view of withdrawal of the Anticipatory Bail Application, nothing survives in the Interim Applications and the same are also disposed of.
