This is an application seeking recall of an order dated 25th February 2025, whereby Criminal Application No. 343 of 2017 filed by the applicants was dismissed for non-prosecution. 2.

The papers are not available before this Court, but we find that the application filed by the applicants for quashing of FIR pertains to an FIR registered way back in the year 2007. 3.

In such circumstances, it would be appropriate that the learned APP reports to this Court as to what is the status of the proceedings before the concerned Court in pursuance of filing of the charge-sheet.
