Learned counsel for the applicant/appellant has placed on record order dated 7th August 2025 passed in Interim Application No.1588 of 2025 granting bail to original accused No.8. She further submits that the role alleged against the present appellant/original accused No.10 is identical to the one who is granted bail.

Learned for counsel for respondent No.2 though opposes the application, she was unable to point any different role of the present appellant as compared to accused No.8.

There is no further dispute about the fact that the order dated 7th August 2025, passed in Interim Application No.1588 of 2025, has not been taken exception to before the Supreme Court. In view of the same and by applying parity, the following order : O R D E R 1.

During pendency and final disposal of the applicant's Criminal Appeal No.332 of 2025, the applicant is directed to be released on bail on his executing a PR bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) with one or two sureties in the like amount.
