CORAM

DR. NEELA GOKHALE, J.

DATED:

01ST OCTOBER 2025 PC:- 1.

By this Application, the Applicant seeks relaxation of condition (B), imposed by this Court while releasing him on bail by order dated 24th September, 2024. Condition (B) of the said order reads thus:- "(B) The applicants shall report to the office of the DCB CID Unit No.10 on the first Monday of every month during the pendency of the trial;"

(P.A.) 29-IA-1315-2025.doc 2.

Heard Ms.Joshi, learned counsel for the Applicant and Ms.Tidke, learned APP representing the State. 3.

Ms.Joshi submits that the since Applicant started working full time as Assistant General Manager of IDBI Bank, Shivaji Chowk Branch, Kolhapur, he has to reside at Kolhapur. Thus, he is unable to attend the office of DCB CID Unit No.10 on the first Monday of every month as directed by this Court. She thus seeks relaxation of the said condition. 4.

It appears from the Application that the Applicant is working in IDBI, Shivaji Chowk Branch, Kolhapur and undoubtedly it is difficult for him to travel on every Monday to attend the office of DCB CID Unit 10 in Mumbai. In these circumstances, I am of the view that no prejudice will be caused to the State / Prosecution Agency if the condition (B) is relaxed to the extent that instead of reporting to the office of the DCB CID Unit No.10 on the first Monday of every month during the pendency of the trial, purpose will be served if the Applicant attends the Police Station at Laxmipuri

(P.A.) 29-IA-1315-2025.doc Police Station, Kolhapur Maharashtra on first Monday of every month. It is ordered, accordingly. The Applicant shall present a copy of this order to the SHO of the said Police Station. Rest of the order to remain as it is.

5.

With the aforesaid directions, Interim Application is disposed.
