By this application, the learned counsel for the applicant is seeking modification of the order dated 08.02.2024 passed by this Court (Coram :N.J.Jamadar, J.).

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that this Court has allowed the bail application of the applicant and directed to furnish P.R.Bond of Rs.1 lakh, but due to poor financial condition of the applicant, the applicant could not furnish the P.R. Bond of Rs.1 lakh, hence requested to reduce the amount of bail bond.

Learned APP strongly objected to reduce the bail bond amount on 1/2
S.S.KIlaje 907-IA-1320-25.doc the ground that the applicant is a habitual offender, hence requested to reject the application.

I have heard both the learned counsel. Considering the submissions of both the learned counsel and considering the fact that though the bail has been granted to the applicant, he could not furnish the surety amount because of his poor financial condition. Considering this fact, I pass following order.
ORDER
(i) Condition No. 19(2) of the Order dated 08.02.2024 is relaxed as under:
"The Applicant shall furnish the P. R. bond of Rs.50,000/- in cash with one or two sureties in the like amount."

Interim application is disposed of.
