By this application, the Applicant is seeking relaxation of condition imposed by this Court (Coram: Madhav J. Jamdar, J. ) vide order dated 20th March, 2024.

It is contention of learned counsel for the Applicant that Applicant had directed to attend the Saswad Police Station, District: Pune, twice in a week i.e. on every Sunday and Thursday between 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. for six months and thereafter on every Sunday between 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. until the conlcusion of Shantanu S. 95-IA-1353-2025 (CR).doc the trial. Learned counsel further submitted that the Applicant is labourer. He is attending the Court's date regularly and he is finding difficulty to attend the concerned police station every week. Hence, requested to allow the application.

Learned APP strongly objected to allow the application. 4.
I have heard both learned counsel.

Considering the submission of learned counsel for the Applicant, the Applicant is attending the trial Court's date regularly, and the Applicant is labourer, and I pass following order:
ORDER
i. The condition No.(c) imposed on the Applicant by this Court (Coram: Madhav J. Jamdar, J.) vide order dated 20th March, 2024, is hereby relaxed.
ii. The Applicant shall attend the concerned police station as and when required by the Investigating Officer.
