By this application, the applicant seeks condonation of delay of 48 days caused in filing the aforesaid appeal seeking enhancement of sentence against the Judgment and Order dated 31st August, 2024 passed by the learned District Judge - 2 and Additional Sessions Judge, Nashik.

For the reasons set out in the application, application is allowed and delay of two years and 48 days, caused in filing the aforesaid Appeal, is condoned.

Application is accordingly disposed of.
