This Court by order dated 27.03.2024 in Criminal Bail Application No.631 of 2024, while releasing the applicant on bail has inter alia imposed the following condition : "(b) The Applicant shall not enter the Pune district after being released on bail, except for reporting to the Investigating Officer, if called, and for attending the trial."

In support of submission, the learned counsel for the applicant has placed on record the copy of wedding card. In that view of the matter, I am inclined to relax the condition in question for a period of one week i.e. from 28th April, 2025 to 03rd May, 2025. Ordered accordingly.

The Interim Application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
