Mr. Giri, learned Advocate appearing for the Applicants submitted that, Applicant Nos.2 and 4 have requested him to give his 'No Objection', to appoint another Advocate of their choice. He submitted that, 1/2
DDR 10. APL 1325-23.doc he has accordingly given his 'No Objection' to Applicant Nos. 2 and 4 on 23rd June 2025. He, therefore seeks leave to delete Applicant Nos. 2 and 4 from the array of the Applicants.
1.1 Leave granted.
1.2 Necessary amendment be carried out within a period of one week from today.

Learned Advocate Ms. Joglekar appears for Applicant Nos.2 and 4 and submitted that, she has been instructed to appear on behalf of said Applicants. She submitted that, the said Applicants will file a separate Application for espousing the same cause of action. The said statement is accepted.

In view of the above, Interim Application No. 1385 of 2025 does not survive and is accordingly disposed off. 4.
