The learned advocate for the applicant submits that the present case arises out of cross FIRs. It is contended that the injuries sustained by the present applicant, Jagdish Wakade, were of a grievous nature. In
support of this, photocopies of relevant medical documents have been annexed from pages 41 to 58. It is further submitted that the applicant was hospitalized for a period of 40 days. The first informant in the present proceedings was arrested pursuant to the FIR lodged by the applicant and has since been released on bail. As regards the medical certificate of the first informant, it is submitted that most of the injuries reflected therein are of a simple nature.

Stand over to 18 June 2025 matter to come up under the caption "For Urgent Circulation".

In the meanwhile, no coercive steps will be taken against applicant in both the anticipatory bail application. 4.
The applicant is directed to attend the office of the investigating officer and meet the investigating officer on 14 May 2025 and 15 May 2025 between 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

In the meanwhile, the Applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with facts of case so as to dissuade him from disclosing the facts to Court or any Police Officer and should not tamper with evidence. INTERIM APPLICATION NO.1009 OF 2025 3.
Interim Application No. 1009 of 2025 is filed by the first
informant for intervening in the proceedings. After hearing the parties, the present interim application is allowed to the extent that the intervenor/first informant is permitted to make his submissions in the anticipatory bail applications.

The interim application is disposed of.
