This matter is mentioned by the learned Counsel for the Applicant with consent of the learned APP for the Respondents. This is an application for condonation of delay of 13 days in filing the appeal. The applicant has challenged the order rejecting the applicant's bail application by the Special NIA Judge. The order is dated 4th February 2025. The learned Counsel submitted that it is mentioned in the application that applicant's father passed away on 10th February 2025 and in that situation the steps of filing appeal could not be taken urgently.

Considering this genuine difficulty and in the interest of
