The substantive sentence is already suspended. As per the order dated 2nd August 2019 the Appellant was directed to furnish Surety and PR Bond of Rs.20,000/-. There is a report received from the District Judge No.9, Thane dated 21st September 2024 informing that surety is not furnished.
