Learned APP submits that the applicant is attending the office of Economic Offences Wing Unit-VII, Mumbai as directed by the order granting bail. He therefore submits that if condition no. (iii) is relaxed, the applicant shall be put to a condition that he should attend all the dates in the trial court.

Learned APP further submits that the applicant is Overseas Citizenship of India(OCI) card holder. Hence, condition no. (v) cannot be deleted.
5.
I have perused the application. I see no reason to delete the conditions as prayed in the application. Condition No. (vi) puts a restriction on the applicant that he shall not leave India without prior permission of the jurisdictional magistrate. Hence, in view of this condition, I do not see any reason to delete the conditions as prayed in the application.
6.
The application is therefore rejected.
