This interim application has been filed by the first informant seeking permission to appearing in the matter and make submissions.

I have gone through the contents of the interim application. In view of the law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Jagjeet Singh & Ors. vs. Ashish Mishra @ Monu & Anr., in Criminal Appeal No. 632 of 2022, it is held that a victim is entitled to be heard during adjudication of bail application of the accused. 3.

In view of the above, the Interim Application is allowed in Harish

918-IA-1414-2025.doc terms of prayer clause B(1). The First Informant be added as party Respondent No. 3 in the Anticipatory Bail Application. Amendment to be carried out forthwith.
