By way of the present Application, the Applicant seeks modification of Condition 12 (B) of the order dated 21st June 2024. The Condition 12 (B) reads thus:

"(B) The applicant shall report to Mahim Police Station on first Monday of each month, between 10:00 a.m. and 12 noon during the pendency of the trial;" 2.

Heard Mr. Hitendra Parab, learned Counsel for the Applicant and Ms. Megha Bajoria, learned APP representing the State-Respondent.

The Applicant is a permanent resident of Satara and is also gainfully employed as a driver in Satara. Moreover, the charges in the matter are not yet framed. In these circumstances, the interest of justice will be subserved if the Applicant is permitted to report to the Rahimatpur Police Station, Tq. Koregaon, Dist. Satara, which covers the residential address of the Applicant.

The Applicant is directed to report to the Rahimatpur Police Station in Satara on first Monday of every alternate month between 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m., during the pendency of the trial.

It is ordered accordingly.

The Interim Application is partly allowed and is accordingly disposed of.
