This Interim Application is taken out for cancellation of bail on the ground that the Applicant-Pritam Pradeep Mhatre i.e. accused has not complied with the order dated 19th November 2024 passed in Anticipatory Bail Application No.3443 of 2023 along with Interim Application No.2988 of 2024. 2.
