Heard both the learned counsel and I have gone through the contents of the interim application. I am satisfied that the present anticipatory bail application requires to restore back to file.

The interim application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b).

Anticipatory Bail Application No. 2909 of 2024 is restored to file. Amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks from today. Interim application is disposed of.
