The Interim Application is taken out by the Respondent No.2, who is the Informant.

The Applicant is seeking relief of withdrawal of an amount of Rs.9,50,000/- deposited by the original Applicant- Yash Sujay Shah in this Court.

Learned Counsel for the original Applicant- Yash Sujay Shah states that the original Applicant has no objection if the said Dusane

16 IA 1431.25 IN ABA 3625.23.DOC amount of Rs.9,50,000/- is allowed to be withdrawn by the Applicant- Abhijeet Rohidas Deshmukh. She further states that by Order dated 25th February 2025, the original Applicant was directed to deposit an amount of Rs.1,44,599/- and seeks extension of time of eight weeks to deposit the said amount before the learned Trial Court.

Accordingly, the Interim Application No.1431 of 2025 is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). The Applicant- Abhijeet Rohidas Deshmukh is permitted to withdraw said amount of Rs.9,50,000/- deposited by the original Applicant- Yash Sujay Shah in this Court pursuant to the Order dated 22nd December 2023 along with accrued interest. The original Applicant Yash Sujay Shah has been granted eight weeks time to deposit the balance amount of Rs.1,44,599/-. The said amount be deposited before the learned Trial Court.

The Interim Application is disposed of in above terms with no order as to costs.
