DATED : 22nd APRIL, 2025.
P. C. :
1.
By this application, the applicant is seeking permission to travel abroad i.e. United States of America (U.S.A.) from 02.07.2025 to 22.07.2025.
2.
It is contention of learned counsel for the applicant that this Court had earlier granted permission to travel abroad and applicant bound to the conditions imposed on him, hence requested to allow the application. 3.
Learned counsel for respondent No.1 and learned APP for the State strongly objected to allow the application on the ground that if permission granted, applicant may abscond hence requested to reject the application. 1/2
