I have heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned Special P.P. for the respondent/NCB.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, the prayer made to modify the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 25th August 2009 in Criminal Application No.863 of 2009 that the applicant shall attend NCB Office, Jodhpur, Rajasthan once in a month on the first working day and NCB Office, Mumbai once in six months on the first working day is allowed to the following extent.

"The appellant shall attend the NCB Office Jodhpur, Rajasthan once in three months and NCB Office, Mumbai once in six months."
