This is an application seeking relaxation of condition (iii) imposed by order dated 17th March 2021 passed in Bail Application No.865 of 2020, whereby the Applicant was directed to attend the concerned police station once in a month on first Saturday of the month between 11:00 a.m. to 01:00 p.m., for a period fo six months and thereafter once in three months on first Saturday of the month between 11:00 a.m. to 01:00 p.m. 2.

Learned counsel for the Applicant submits that over a period of five years the Applicant is attending concerned police station and now there is no propriety in continuation of the said condition.

Learned APP opposes the application but she was unable to justify continuation of the said condition. 4.

Considering the fact that over a period of five years the Applicant is attending concerned police station and that there is no complaint against him either of non-compliance of any of the conditions or interference with the evidence of the prosecution, this Court finds it appropriate to cancel the said condition. 5.

Hence, condition (iii) of order dated 17th March 2021, passed in bail Application No.865 of 2020 stands cancelled. 6.

Interim Application stands allowed in the above terms and is disposed.
