Learned APP states that the applicant needs to be admitted in the J.J.Hospital, Mumbai, considering his condition. Since the applicant's family has not taken the applicant to the hospital despite being permitted him so, we permit the applicant to be taken to the J.J.Hospital, Mumbai, as may be advised by the Prison Doctor, for his checkup/admission.
