By the present application, the applicant/appellant seeks to withdraw the present appeal filed by him before this Court, bearing No.530 of 2024. However, the learned APP, upon instructions, submits that the applicant/appellant's statement was recorded by the jail authorities on 25 April 2025, wherein he expressed his intention to proceed with the appeal.
