This interim application has been filed for restoration of the ABA.

By an order dated 25 March, 2025 the applicant was directed to amend the ABA forthwith. Since, the applicant did not carry out the amendment forthwith the ABA stood dismissed. 3.

Ms. Yadav, learned counsel for the applicant submits that due to oversight, the amendment was not carried out by the applicant immediately.

Interim application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) and (b). ABA stands restored to the file. Amendment to be carried out as the per order dated 25 March 2025 within a period of one week from today.
