This is an Application seeking modification of condition 15(b) of the order dated 2nd July 2024. The condition 15(b), sought to be modified, reads thus;
"15.(b) The applicant shall report to the office of DCB, CID Unit IX, Bandra (West), on the second and fourth Monday
Shivgan 915- IA-1529-2025.doc of each month between 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon, till completion of the trial."

Heard Mr. Waqar Pathan, learned counsel appearing for the Applicant, and Mr. Mayur Sonavane, learned APP representing the State in the matter.

For the reasons mentioned in the Application and the submissions made by the respective parties, I am inclined to modify condition 15(b) as under;
"15(b).The Applicant shall report to the office of the DCB, CID Unit IX, Bandra (West), on the dates fixed by the Trial Court for hearing of the main matter. In case, the Trial Court grants exemption from attendance to the Applicant on a particular date, the Applicant shall attend the local police station in Delhi in proximity of her residence namely, Nand Nagri Police Station, A-1/203, Nand Nagri, Mandoli, New Delhi 110 093 and mark her presence there." 4.
In case, the Applicant fails to comply with the aforesaid condition, the police station concerned in Delhi shall inform the same to DCB, CID Unit IX, Bandra (West).

The Interim Application is thus, partly allowed and disposed of accordingly.
