2. By this interim application, the first informant is praying for intervention and expedite the hearing of the Appeal. It is opposed on behalf of the Respondent for the reason that first informant can file separate Appeal. Certainly, first informant can file separate Appeal but if intervention is allowed, the duplication of work can be avoided. 1/2

3. By allowing intervention application, no harm would be caused to the Respondents. Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (b) and (c).
4. The State to implead the present Applicant/Appellant as Respondent No.5 by carrying out the amendment. Amendment be carried out forthwith. Learned Advocate for the Intervenor waives notice.
5. The prayer for expedited hearing will be considered later on. Even if the oral prayer is made, the Court will consider it depending upon the situation. Stand over to 18th July 2025. [S. M. MODAK, J.] 2/2
