This application is filed by accused no.2, for relaxing condition no. (c) of order dated 21st September 2023, granting regular bail to the applicant. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the chargesheet is already filed and charge is also framed; hence, the condition to attend the police station once in every month be relaxed. He submits that the applicant is regularly attending the trial court on each date.

Learned APP on instructions submits that the chargesheet Page no. 1 of 2
21-ia-1536-2025-ba-2762-2023.doc is filed on 6th July 2019 and charge is framed on 2nd March 2021. He therefore submits that if condition no. (c) of the order granting bail is to be relaxed, the applicant be directed to attend all the dates in the trial court.

Considering the aforesaid facts, the condition no. (c) in order dated 21st September 2023, is waived and relaxed, subject to the condition that the applicant shall attend all the dates before the trial court, unless specifically exempted by order of the court. It is clarified that the rest of the conditions in order dated 21st September 2023 shall continue to operate and shall be binding on the applicant.
