By this application, the applicant is seeking modification/ relaxation of condition No.(c) imposed by order dated 19th August 2022 passed by this Court (Coram : Bharati Dangre, J.) in aforesaid bail application. By the said condition, the applicant was directed to report to CBI, Banking and Finance, Bandra and Kurla Complex, Mumbai, once in a month on every first Saturday of the month between 11.00 am and 1.00 p.m for first three months; and thereafter once in three months on every first Saturday of the month between 11.00 a.m. and 1.00 p.m. till further orders.

Considering the submissions of learned counsel for the applicant and the reasons mentioned in the application, I pass the following order :

O R D E R

(I) The bail condition mentioned in clause (c) of the order dated 19th August 2022 passed by this Court (Coram : Bharati Dangre, J.) is relaxed.

(ii) The applicant shall attend before the Investigating Officer as and when called.

The interim application stands disposed of.
