Heard Ms. Gupta, learned Advocate for Applicant and Mr. Haldankar, learned APP for State.

This is an Application filed by Applicant for modification of order and seeking time for furnishing surety. 3.

Considering the grounds mentioned in the Application which I have perused Applicant seeks reduction of amount of Rs.50,000/- of P.R. bond which has been granted in the bail order to Rs.25,000/- as also extension of time for a further period of 8 weeks for furnishing the surety as directed.

Learned Advocate for Applicant has taken me through the record of the case. Considering the the fact which prima facie seen from the record of the case that Applicant was released on bail after Modified /corrected order as per the speaking to the minutes of order dated 29.04.2025. 1 of 2

S910_IA_1544_2025.docx suffering ignominy of incarceration for more than 13 years and 8 months the condition requiring the Applicant for deposit which is requested to be reduced with respect to P.R. bond deserves to be allowed so as to ensure that the essence and ethos of the bail order passed by the Court is implemented in its true spirit. 5.

Hence, Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause '1' and '2' which reads thus:- "1. This Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to allow the present Application and modify condition (i) from furnishing PB of Rs 50,000/- with one or more sureties to Rs 25,000/- with one or more sureties.

2. This Hon'ble court be please to extend time for period of 8 weeks for furnishing surety."

Interim Application is allowed and disposed.
