Present Application seeking condonation of 1 year and 116 days delay in filing the aforesaid Appeal impugning the judgment and order dated 21.10.2024 in Sessions Case No.353 of 2022 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, City Civil and Sessions Court for Greater Bombay. 3.
Learned Advocate for the Applicant/Appellant submits that the Applicant has been in jail since the date of his arrest i.e. 17.12.2021. After conviction, the Applicant could not engage an Advocate to file the Application promptly on account of financial difficulties. She submits that H. C. Shiv 1/2

Learned APP has not serious objection to condone the delay in filing the aforesaid Appeal.

In view thereof, we are inclined to condone the delay, as stated above.
