In spite of issuance of reminders, service of notice is not been effected on respondent No.2. Prima facie, this clearly amounts to contempt of order of this Court, hence, issue notice to the Senior Police Inspector of Wadala T.T.Police Station as to why appropriate action should not be initiated against him. Notice made returnable on 27th November 2025.

Learned APP also to ensure that notice is served before the next date of hearing.

It is clarified in both eventualities i.e. non-service of notice and non-submission of appropriate explanation, action shall be initiated against the concerned police personnel.
