By this application, the applicant is seeking permission to travel abroad for three weeks from 20.05.2025 to 10.06.2025 for traveling with his family to Vietnam, Bangkok and Philippines. 2.

It is contention of learned counsel for the applicant that applicant's daughter who is studying at U.S.A. is joining for the vacation with the applicant and his wife. Learned counsel further submitted that earlier applicant was permitted to go abroad, he has not violated any terms and conditions imposed on him.

Learned APP strongly objected to allow the application on the ground that trial has been started and applicant has been convicted. He 1/2

I have heard both the learned counsel. Earlier the applicant was permitted to travel abroad. Considering these facts, I pass following order.

ORDER

i.

The applicant is permitted to travel abroad from 20.05.2025 to 10.06.2025.

ii.

The applicant shall furnish Itinerary and his contact numbers to the Investigating Officer within one week from today when he will be in abroad.

iii.

The applicant is directed to deposit Rs.10,00,000/- within one week as a security.

iv.

The applicant shall deposit his passport on returning back to India.

5.

Interim Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms and stands disposed of.
