By way of the present Application, the Applicant seeks modification of condition (iv) imposed by order dated 24th June, 2022 while enlarging the Applicant on bail. 2.
Learned counsel for the Applicant submits that the Applicant has attended the concerned police station pursuant to the said order and the condition imposed against him for over a period of more than three and half years. It is his submission that Applicant is a businessman and is required to 11th March 2026
Prasad Rajput (P.A.) 2_IA_1568_2025.doc travel abroad and hence it will be inconvenient for him to cause appearance pursuant to the said condition. 3.
Learned counsel for the Respondent - CBI opposes the application. However, the purpose of CBI would meet if the Applicant is directed to attend the CBI, Banking and Finance, Bandra and Kurla Complex, Mumbai as and when required by the Investigating Officer.

In view of the above, condition (iv) of the order dated 24th June, 2022 stands modified in following terms. (iv) The Applicant shall report CBI, Bank Securities, Fraud Branch, as and when required by the Investigating Officer.

Rest of the order shall remain unchanged.
6.
Interim Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms and is disposed of.
