This is an Application filed by widow and married daughter of the Appellant No. 4/Accused - Dattatray Digamber Shinde, who has expired on 16/03/2024.

It is submitted that thereafter the present Applicant - Sunanda Dattatray Shinde has already intervened in the matter, whose name is appearing as legal heir of the Appellant No. 4. However, the name of the Applicant daughter - Manisha Ullhas Joshi is necessary to be added. 4.

Attention of the Court is invited to the communication, making reference to retiral benefits of the Appellant No. 4, which seems to be akn 1/2

44.IA.1580.2025.doc pending and for that purpose the present Applicants are seeking to prosecute the appeal as legal heirs of concerned accused. 5.

In the aforesaid facts and circumstances, Application is allowed. The Applicants are permitted to be shown as Appellant No. 4A and 4B as legal heirs of the Appellant No. 4 - accused Dattatray Digamber Shinde. Amendment to be carried out within a period of three weeks from today. Amended copy be served upon the other side.
