Heard learned counsel for the applicant.

By this application, the applicant is seeking relaxation of condition No.(v) imposed by order dated 17th March 2021 passed by this Court (Coram : Prakash D. Naik, J.) in aforesaid bail application. By the said condition, the applicant was directed to report to concerned police station once in a month on first Saturday of the month for a period of six months, and, thereafter once in three months on first Saturday of the month between 11.00 a.m. to 01.00 p.m."

Learned APP strongly objected to allow the application. 5.

Considering the submissions of both learned counsel as well as the fact that trial has commenced and applicant is attending the trial regularly, I pass the following order :

O R D E R

(I) The bail condition mentioned in clause (v) of the order dated dated 17th March 2021 passed by this Court (Coram : Prakash D. Naik, J.) is relaxed.

(ii) The applicant shall attend the concerned police station as and when required.

The interim application stands disposed of.
