This is an application for condonation of delay of 163 days in filing the Appeal against the Judgment and Order dated 05/09/2024 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge at Gadhinglaj, Kolhapur, in Sessions Case No.19/2020. Learned counsel for the Applicant submitted that the Applicant is in Digitally signed by MANUSHREE NESARIKAR Date:

2025.06.10 11:52:50 +0530 MANUSHREE NESARIKAR custody since 02/04/2020. He is in poor financial condition. There is nobody from his family who could have looked after his Nesarikar

Learned APP left the question of condonation of delay to the discretion of the Court.

Considering these submissions and in the interest of justice, the delay of 163 days in filing the Appeal is condoned. 4.

The Appeal be processed further.
