(a) The substantive sentence imposed on the applicant by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Gadhinglaj vide its judgment and order dated 5th September 2024 in Sessions Case No. 19 of 2020 shall remain suspended till the final disposal of Criminal Appeal No. 601 of 2025.
