The Applicant was convicted by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Vadgaon Maval, Pune, vide the Judgment and Order dated 22/10/2024 passed in Sessions Case No.247 of 2022. The Applicant was in custody during Trial. Learned counsel for the Applicant submitted that he is from very poor financial background and he could not engage a private advocate.
