The relief sought in the Interim Application is of condonation of delay of 20 days in filing the Criminal Revision Application. 2.

This Court, by order dated 30th April, 2025, has issued notice to the Respondent No.1. Although, office remark shows that notice issued to the Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 .

However, Mr. Godbole, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant states that private notice has been served on Respondent Nos. 1 and 2. In spite of service, none appears for the Respondents. 4.
