Heard Mr. Nimbalkar, learned Advocate for Applicant and Mr. Shirsat, learned Special PP for Respondent No.1 - Directorate of Enforcement.

Present Interim Application seeks extension of time to furnish the surety which has been stated by the Court while granting bail to the Applicant. The plea is made on the ground of medical condition of the Applicant and his advanced age to enable him to arrange the surety amount as also solvent surety required. 3.

Mr. Shirsat, learned Special PP in his usual fairness would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders and on instructions

910.IA.1622.25.doc would fairly submit that prosecution would have no objection. The stand adopted by the prosecution as also Mr. Shirsat is appreciated by the Court.

In view of the reasons stated in the Interim Application, Interim Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause 'a' which reads thus:- "a) This Hon'ble court may be please to extend the time to furnish surety wide granted vide order dated 27/03/2025 to a further period of eight weeks of passing of this order on such terms and conditions as this Hon'ble court may deem fit."
