This application is filed for relaxation of condition no. III of order dated 10th December 2024 granting bail to the applicant. 2.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is 69 years of age and he has already attended office of respondent no. 1 for almost 15 times. He submits that the applicant is also attending the dates in the Trial Court. He further 1/3
submits that the condition to attend office of respondent no. 1 be relaxed.

Learned counsel for the respondent no. 1 submits that if the said condition is to be relaxed, applicant be directed to attend office of respondent no. 1 as and when called for by written notice and by directing the applicant to provide address and contact number for communication.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that address and contact number of the applicant shall be provided to respondent no. 1 within a week. He submits that the address and the contact number that would be provided shall not be changed without leave of the Trial Court.

The application is therefore allowed by passing the following order:
O R D E R
I.
Condition No. III of order dated 10th December 2024 is modified by directing the applicant to attend the office of respondent no. 1 as and when called for 2/3
by a written notice.
II.
The applicant shall provide his address and contact number to respondent no. 1 in writing within a week. The said address and contact number so provided shall not be changed without the leave of the Trial Court.
III.
Rest of the conditions in the order dated 10th December 2024 shall continue to operate and would be binding upon the applicant.
