The applicant is the intervener - complainant who had deposited the amount with the original applicant. In this context, this Court had earlier granted liberty to the intervener to withdraw the amount, subject to furnishing appropriate security. However, the applicant now submits that, being a female without independent means to furnish such security, she is willing to file an undertaking before this Court, in the event the Trial Court permits the intervener to deposit or repay the amount to the original applicant. She undertakes to comply with such condition. The said

The undertaking annexed at page 19 of the application is accepted as a binding undertaking to this Court. 3.

Accordingly, clause 19 is modified and shall henceforth read as under:

The Registrar (Judicial - I) is directed to allow the intervener-Inderjit Kaur Dilbagh Singh, to withdraw the said amount of Rs.36 lakh upon furnishing the undertaking annexed at page 19 of the application, which has already been furnished. 5.

The application stands disposed of.
