This application is for seeking relaxation of condition (b) while granting bail vide order dated 28th June 2021 in Criminal Bail Application No. 3276 of 2019. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is regularly attending the office of respondent. He submits that the charge sheet is already filed, however, charge is not yet framed. He therefore submits that the condition no. (b) be relaxed.

Learned APP submits that the applicant be directed to attend all the dates in the trial court and he be further directed that he shall attend the office of the respondent as and when called. 3.
In view of the aforesaid, this application is allowed by passing the following order:
(i) Condition no. (b) of order dated 28th June 2021 in Bail Application No. 3276 of 2019 is relaxed subject to the applicant attending the office of the respondent as and when called by a written notice.
(ii) The applicant shall attend all the dates in the trial court unless exempted by the trial court by passing a written order.
(iii) Subject to the aforesaid, condition no. (b) is relaxed. (iv) It is clarified that all the other conditions imposed vide order dated 28th June 2021 shall continue to operate. (v) Interim Application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
