Heard Mr. Bangar, learned Advocate for Applicant and Ms. Gajare - Dhumal, learned APP for Respondent - State. 2.

Learned Advocate for Applicant has filed present Interim Application seeking extension of time to furnish the surety amount which has been stated in the bail order dated 20.03.2025 appended at Exhibit 'A' to the Application.

Ms. Gajare - Dhumal, learned APP would on instructions register her objection to grant of extension of time. However considering the essence and ethos of the bail order which has been granted by the Court, the request made by the Applicant on the grounds stated in the Application deserve to be considered.

In that view of the matter, Interim Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (A) which reads thus:- "A) That this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to extend the cash bail in lieu of surety granted vide order dated 20.03.2025 for a further period of 4 weeks so as to enable the Applicant to furnish surety as directed by this Hon'ble Court vide order dated 20.03.2025."

Interim Application is allowed and disposed.
