This Court by order dated 25.10.2024 while rejecting the bail application has issued the following direction : 12.

The Commissioner of Police, Navi Mumbai, shall produce a copy of inquiry, if any, made and action taken against P.S.I. Shri. Amol Khade and Police Inspector Shri. Suryakant Kamble, and against the police from Uram Police Station and Traffic Police who rushed at the spot allowing the accused to flee Pramod S. Lakare 1/2

907-BA-3412-2024 .doc the spot, as directed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Panvel vide order dated 24th April 2024. 13.

The Registry to communicate this order to the Commissioner of Police, Navi Mumbai, and seek compliance by 12th November 2024.

The letter dated 13.03.2025 addressed to the public prosecutor by Deputy Superintendent of Police (Headquarter Navi Mumbai) shows that the Commissioner of Police, Navi Mumbai has conducted the inquiry and taken appropriate action against erring officials. In that view of the matter, no further orders are required to be passed.

It appears that, on 28.04.2025 Nitin Shivram Satpute has filed the intervention application in the present bail application. The intervention application cannot be entertained in disposed of matter.

It would be open to the intervenor to avail the appropriate remedies in relation to his grievance. 5.

Interim application stands disposed of.
