Heard Ms. Rathod, learned Advocate for Applicant and Mr. Dedhia, learned APP for Respondent No.2.

Applicant has been released on bail by order dated 13.05.2025.

Applicant is prima facie suffering from HIV and due to that reason, as also reason of medical ailment of his wife, unable to furnish the surety amount within the prescribed period as stipulated in the bail order.

I have perused the Interim Application. The reasons mentioned in the Application prima facie persuade the Court to grant the present Application.

Interim Application therefore stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (A) which reads thus:-

That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to Modify its Order dated 13.03.2025 in Bail Application No. 508 /2025 and be pleased to extend the period for furnishing 1 or 2 Sureties for an additional period of 6 weeks to be calculated from the date of passing of this order or within such time period as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper." 6.
In view of the above, Interim Application is allowed and disposed.
